Ramon Ariita will promise you the world and deliver a mess. He will lie to you, take your money and never come back to complete the job. DO NOT hire this person or his services. Ramon Arita did several roofing projects for me at good prices on several rental properties. However: * he is very unprofessional in many ways * initially installed gutters level (not sloping as they should be) with only one downspout per side of house (as opposed to two) * does not charge sales tax (therefore probably does not report his income) * said he thew away my materials receipts (for charges made on my credit cards) after promising to give them to me, costing me $1000s in tax deductions * when Ramon left to get mate... read more
