These cabinets are poorly made and cheap quality. Cabinets are not square, plum OR level coming out of the box. Yes, the floor is level- it’s all in the cabinets. Most of the cabinets are 1/8-1/4 inch out of place. No amount of shimming can make this look good- it’s either plum or level but will never be both. Customer service offered no assistance to us. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Box store cabinets are better quality than these.
Our builder just installed the cabinets—and we are extremely disappointed. These are thin, lightweight, and clearly made of particle board. They feel and look cheap. Sadly, we were not given any real option to upgrade to plywood or solid wood boxes. If we had known what was actually being installed, we absolutely would have paid more for higher quality. We’ve had aristocracy cabinets installed in a couple different houses and they’ve held of really well and look beautiful!
