They contacted me several times and apologized . They sent me a check for $300.00 . Today went to look at cars and asked for trade in value for same van , They offered me $7,000.00 Low balling . Purchased a car from out of state, and this dealership was extremely pleasant to deal with. Terry the salesperson took detailed pictures and videos of the car inside and out, including putting the car on a lift and taking pictures of the underbody. They also agreed to drive to car to an independent third party for a pre-purchase inspection, and the few issues raised were quickly addressed. Paperwork was all handled online smoothly. Colton, Terry and Dan did a terrific job of finding me the right pickup. Great condition, right miles and the right price. Colton listened to what I wanted and stayed in contact with me throughout the process of finding me the right vehicle and the team in Lee's Summit did a nice job or running with the ball to get the deal done without being pushy or pulling any of that salesy crap that some dealerships are known for.
