Customer service was excellent from initial phone call to job completion. I have an allergy problem dust mites etc.. Wanted my mattress and sofa cleaned since this is my main sleeping areas. Called Aristar and James was very helpful with the information he provided, procedures they use, company you tube channel, pricing. After research I booked my cleaning four days later. They arrived 10 minutes late, in which I received a call 15 minutes prior to say they will be arriving late by 15 minutes in which was greatly appreciated... read more
