Arista Air replaced our broken furnace last week. Eytan arrived soon after we called him, and the next morning Harsimran, Amar, and Mahak arrived on time to install a new unit and a new humidifier. They worked efficiently and left our house clean. They explained the thermostat settings in an unhurried and patient manner. The crew was courteous and respectful. We look forward to becoming maintenance customers.

I e-mailed Eytan of Arista Air at 8:00 pm about a leak in my first floor ceiling under the second floor furnace room. He offered to send a technician that night at no overtime charge since I am a "maintenance customer". The technician Min came within half an hour. He immediately found a major problem with the pan under the furnace and a minor leak in the condensate piping.
