The install went smoothly several years ago, but one of the microinverters failed this summer, I attempted to email Arista repeatedly as my work schedule is a bit funky for trying to call and actually get someone in the office. I got no response. Today I attempted to call them and the number no longer works. Did some searching online and it turns out Arista declared bankruptcy back in Jan 1016. Guess that explains things.

WE have solar panels purchased and installed by arista power. Since August of 2015, the envoy reporting system has not worked. So we have no idea whether the solar panels are functioning at 100%. I have been calling, leaving messages and getting absolutely no response. I am not sure how we are going to go about fixing this or if the panels start malfunctioning, what are we suppose to do to get them fixed. Would not recommend arista power to anyone. I own one of the air turbine units. From day one it has had nothing but problems. In the beginning they would send a technician out to fix it but shortly after that stopped. Atleast 3 years ago it malfunctioned once again. Now I'm stuck with this thing that is nothing more than a huge lawn ornament.
