Unfortunately, my Mum passed in June. The only thing I have to say is, if you can keep your loved ones away from here, please do. My circumstances did not allow me to do that. During Mum’s stay at this facility, an INCOMPETENT nurse Nana Owusua Conduah mistreated her on many levels. From being unprofessional, to lack of compassion, to being nosy (interfering in family/intimate matters), to the gossip, the drama, and the list goes on. Although, nurse Marie was caring and loving. Great CNAs and nurses, as well as great people like Tina and Ralph ensuring my great uncle got amazing care. HOWEVER - beware of a nurse named Nahna!!! not trying to be rude but she was extremely lazy and rude! also i saw her sleeping at the station a couple times! otherwise it’s a great facility with a few bad apples, highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience with Arista Healthcare/ rehabilitation facility. The environment was clean, safe, and supportive for recovery, though common areas could be busy at times. Staff were attentive and responsive, and the therapy team demonstrated strong professionalism with clear, goal-oriented treatment plans.
