My mom was here for less than a week. The day time staff was friendly enough. At night she had diarrhea and was told she could only be changed once a night. Her roommate tried to get help to use the bathroom and the night staff didn’t respond so she fell trying to get to the washroom herself.

My dad had a short stay at Arista Healthcare. The care was excellent, and he came home with a proper care plan in place to ensure his safety and wellbeing. Thank you to the staff at Arista Healthcare for all that you do!

I work in healthcare overseeing multiple nursing homes. When my grandfather needed to go to a nursing home, I did not hesitate sending him to Arista- even though it’s far for family. I had visited 7 different facilities as I had to move my parent to a rehab/nursing facility within 24 hours. I chose Arista as the administrator Tina was very helpful and considerate for my needs. It has been over 2 weeks that my parent has been at Arista. The entire staff has been helpful including the NP, nurses, techs and kitchen staff. Tina checks with me if all is going well. Keep up the good work !!!

Arista Healthcare has been an absolute Godsend for me and my family as they have been taking care of my elderly parents for the past year. Tina, an admin, has been an incredible blessing. She has been by our side since day 1 handling any questions/concerns for the well being of my parents. Administrators Tina, Ralph and Drew show exceptional compassion and respect when dealing with the needs of my parents.
