The staff truly listens, genuinely cares, and makes everyone feel valued. The administrator sets an incredible example: very kind, approachable, and completely devoted to the residents. Sometimes the best places are the ones that lead with heart, and that is exactly what Arista does.
My grandmother was at Arista for several years. I cannot say more amazing things about the staff. From the management to the nurses and social worker to the environmental staff. We were treated like family. I slept well at night knowing where she was. Safe and cared for. Ralph, Tina and Heather are the best!
My Husband is currently a patient at the facility. He is in the skilled nursing facility I find he is getting great care by all. The staff in the wing he is staying in are kind and attentive and even stop in just to how his day is going! When I arrive I am welcomed by Jasmine the receptionist who is a polite young lady who ensures my needs are met and makes sure the visitors are welcome. She does this to all the people! We need more Jasmine’s in our world.
This run down smelly, dark and dingy facility is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Just terrible staff who don't care at all! This facility needs to be shut down. The upper managers from the man man Ralph to the joke of an assistant Tina to the incompetent head nurse Heather to the joke of whatever he is suppose to do but does nothing Drew to the charge nurse Marilyn are awful no communication no compassion.
