Wall of text incoming! I am a current tenant of Arista. Stay away from these apartments with the outrageous rent they charge for the low quality (850 for a 1bd/1ba +50 for water). They look nice at from a distance, but if you take a closer look you will see that the construction quality is shoddy at best. The tile floors might look nice, but they do NOT sound nice when you can hear every little movement of people in all adjacent units as the buildings have no sound insulation (light fixtures and dishes rattle, and you can he... read more
