I'm not sure what to think about this company,my Arising made in 2000 enclosed trailer side door was rotted out and subsecently falling off while on a vacation trip this summer 2025 So I routed my trip to purchase a new door they had in stock in Fitzgerald GA, that was made better and will not rott out for $500.00 that I could install myself, the rest of the trailer seems like it was made okay... Do you think this was good deal?
Update 8/7/2025 the worst cargo trailer ever built continues to fail. This time the brakes went out, our dealer says that we’ve been adding grease two bearings that were never packed right from the factory and they blew out on the backside leaking grease into the brake drums on three of the bearings and warranting a replacement of three out of four hub assemblies. $1091.28 repair Update: 5/1/25 one year into this whole ordeal rising has not made right. Summary: We purchased an Arising 6x12 Tandem Axle trailer from Hwy 61 Trailer, only to discover defective welds on the frame that pose serious safety risks. Arising refuses to address the issue, voiding our warranty simply because we added shelves. It appears that Arising does not allow any modifications and reserves the right to void warranties for seemingly arbitrary reasons. Quality so poor that even they know they can’t stand behind it.
floor broke put in rear corner loterally within 11 months. was told that i am using the trailer improperly by putting lawnmowers on it for my business. its a landscape trailer are you serious. any excuse not to cover the warranty and have to pay for anything. the quality is super poor elsewhere. tail loghts went out over 4 times 1 year. broken wires bad connections all behind the panels. how does that happen other than bad craftsmanship. spend few mote bucks and buy a better brand. this company is arising alright to the high... read more
