We booked an appointment for our 4 month old poodle puppy’s first full groom. If I could give zero stars I would. The groomer showing up more than three hours late was the least of the issues. They sent a groomer who did not speak English and told me that if I had any requests about the haircut or appointment to feel free to reach out to them and they would be happy to assist. I was not happy because how do you send a groomer to someones house that you are not able to communicate with, that's totally ridiculous.
