I have been a long-standing client of Arise N Shine. Today, I received a senegalese twist service, including takedown and washing. The service was completed efficiently and in a timely fashion. The staff demonstrated respect and consistently ensured my comfort throughout the process.

I have had my hair done three times at this shop. The last time was unfortunate. I had entirely too many people working on my head and they were very rude and heavy handed. I lost hair right after the service and my Senegalese twists embarrassingly fell out in public. I thought I had found my braider but I guess not. This is extremely disappointing.
