Deceitful in their explanation of coverage, They advertise(and even brag in some presentations) about how they made a "special exception" in including the Children's Hospital within our network. However I quickly realized that when they said Children's hospital they literally meant, the hospital. All the doctors were considered in-network. I repeat, NO DOCTOR, SPECIALIST, SURGEON, ANESTHESIOLOGIST OR ANYONE WAS COVERED. Negative, Awful insurance-They barely pay for anything, they do not cover any halfway decent providers. I was out of network for my Gynecologist (I've seen the same doctor since I was 14 through multiple different insurance companies). I would have had to go 6 towns over to find a gynecologist that's covered. But some how they would cover 7 optometrist in my town??? Seriously?! Don't get it- don't force your company to have to use it. We've never had worse insurance with such illogical options.
