If I could leave a zero star I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you absolutely have to. They left my mom stranded for HOURS with no ride. Lied and said van broke down. Then made up every other excuse they could. Luckily I was able to wait with her. Kept lying about arrival time. The worst transport company EVER. If you are transporting an elderly loved one or just anyone you care about, DO NOT USE THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!
They stood us up twice and never showed. When I spoke with them they were irritated with me that I was upset that they never showed. Totally unreliable and rudest company I have ever dealt with. They dont wvwn deserve 1 star!
I felt completely rushed after the driver called me as I was in my appointment! IEHP chose this outfit for me; I do not know why they did, they've always given me Lyft to pick me up at home, and give me another Lyft for on call when I'm ready. All 5 star reviews are fake and paid for. I told the driver how long I'd be, he called 15 min. Early, the entire time I just felt rushed after that and didn't like that.
