Absolutely appalled by the receptionist! I have been trying to make an appointment for over a month. It has been one issue after another. Starting with getting my insurance wrong to calling me back OVER A WEEK later when being told 3 days tops. Very disappointed and still dont have an appointment for medical management.
I see Ebony Cross for medication management. She really listened to me and made sure my meds were right. The front desk staff is super friendly and and scheduling was easy. I felt like they cared. Definitely recommend!
My name is Arianna Bosley and I had to fix the way my email name is presented. Ebony Cross had been late for many of our appointments and didn’t keep her promises to be there so I could get the results samples I needed, she also scheduled someone in place of my scheduled time when I had already showed up to the building ahead of time for my appointment at 4:30.
