It’s taken over two weeks to get a refill approved on my prescriptions. Still haven’t heard back despite calling nearly every day. The best that they can offer is “I’ll follow up” and then you don’t hear anything. So frustrating.
I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER - 0 out of 10 hands down !! I attempted to get care with this office a while back maybe a 1-2 years when I was experiencing major depression & in mental health crisis. Needless to say I feel it was a GODSEND that they didn't take me as a patient. Absolutely appalled by the receptionist! I have been trying to make an appointment for over a month. It has been one issue after another. Starting with getting my insurance wrong to calling me back OVER A WEEK later when being told 3 days tops. Very disappointed and still dont have an appointment for medical management.
I see Ebony Cross for medication management. She really listened to me and made sure my meds were right. The front desk staff is super friendly and and scheduling was easy. I felt like they cared. Definitely recommend!
My name is Arianna Bosley and I had to fix the way my email name is presented. Ebony Cross had been late for many of our appointments and didn’t keep her promises to be there so I could get the results samples I needed, she also scheduled someone in place of my scheduled time when I had already showed up to the building ahead of time for my appointment at 4:30.
