From start to finish, the service here is top notch. Even when I first arrived, I felt relaxed right away because of the calm and soothing way the staff spoke. I booked deep tissue massages to help with muscle fatigue, and it was excellent. Especially Pan was fantastic. She checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was comfortable and kept communicating about the areas of tension and what I could do afterward to help relieve it. Found this place on Yelp. Wanted to try out a new spot. The person who answered was super friendly and patient. He answered all my questions and helped me book my appointment. Received a reminder text the morning of. Parked and looked on the map to find it. Walked upstairs and went in to the tiny front office to check in. It was super busy. Part of me doesn’t want to review this place because I want to keep it my little secret :) Arisa has become my favorite local spot for massages. While very unassuming from the outside, the rooms are nice and clean. The staff are very professional and hospitable. I’ve gotten Swedish, Thai, and deep tissue massages at Arisa - all of which were lovely.
By far the best massage in the area.
