DO NOT go here! I bought a couple's massage off Groupon, and Ari's said they were so booked that I'd have to schedule 4 months out. That long of a wait was weird, but I still did it. The week of the massage, I got an email from them saying it was cancelled, and they did not list a reason. So, I called and texted multiple times but never got a response. I purchased 12 massages and have received 2 I cannot reach anyone in the office. I don't know if it's closed or still open
Bought a Groupon twice for my friends to enjoy for their mothers day present. First time couldn't get a hold of anyone. Second time they finally got a call so I got it again but this time it was the 60min instead of the 90 and they asked for her card info for a cancelation fee. The day of the service no one answered the door and then they get a email of cancelation. VERY VERY VERY upset and annoyed and embarrassed. I initially purchased a 60 minute 3 session package. A few of my sessions were canceled, but rescheduled in a timely fashion. I then purchased a second 3 session package, but my appointment was canceled again by text. I requested to reschedule, but was given a date when I could not attend. So I requested to reschedule based on my availability and was told that business would be closed for the next several weeks. I then requested a refund, to which the person told me to file a dispute with the bank. Horrible customer service!
I have had 2 massages here. Both of them, extraordinary. I recommend them to everyone.
