What a waste of time! Owner is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I had a Wednesday 12pm appointment with him to do a wheel alignment. When I arrived on time at 12pm, he had the audacity to tell me he was having lunch and to come back an hour later! I couldn't believe it. Why would you make an appointment with a customer if you aren't able to keep it or know that you will be having lunch at that time? A very honest mechanic tells you up front on auto issues and cost I been dealing with Ari for over a decade he has never did me any wrong on auto repairs or cost like this no surprise at the end and a great guy thanks Ari
If I could give Ari 6 stars out of 5, I would. Had a very good customer experience during my first ever visit. My brakes broke down and Ari was able to arrange a same day appointment and have everything fixed very quickly. His prices are very reasonable and he seems like a master of his craft. Would highly recommend.
