Great place to live. We have resided here for 8 years. The people here are friendly and helpful. Still a great place to live. We have been here for 10 years now. Still a great place to live. The Sunsets are awesome.
We have been seasonal residents of Aripeka West for 8 years and have loved every minute of it. It's a very peaceful place to stay. The owner and/or management are always eager to please. I'd also like to respond to Thomas Bartlett's review. The park is not filthy and although there are a few people in here that like to drink, the park is not "full" of drunks. But since he never bothered to socialize with anyone, he wouldn't know that.
Nice area, I drop my dishwasher from work there. Lots of space it seems
