this place is a mess maintance will not show up if they do you are in deep trouble with the office Air in most buildings does not work but does for the ones the office and other workers live in grounds full of dog feces no one cleans up after there dog and leasing agent has dog she does not clean up after I have seen her my self. I just renewed my lease and asked them to spray for bugs, fix garage disposal, and do rugs. So far, no luck on anything. They say the bug spray people come on Wednesdays, so I have waited for three Wednesdays in a row with no luck. The maintenance man said he would come by and do garage disposal first, I saw old garage disposals in the trash, and after two weeks, the sink is full of dirty water. No one answers the phone in the office ever! I feel lucky to catch them in their office, and although I know they're inside, they w... read more

THIS IS A WARNING! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I have been a resident here for 2 years, and this has been the worst 2 years of my life. At first it will seem fine, then the cockroaches start. You will do everything in your power to get rid of them, but EVERY SINGLE BUILDING IS INFESTED, THERE IS NO GETTING RID OF THEM. You will wait until August to have working air conditioning, and when they do turn it on, it barely works. These buildings are from the 1960's and nothing has been renovated. I have recently moved in to the Arioso Apartments and honestly believe that the staff is not the problem. They were very friendly to my family and me from day one and try hard to fix my work orders asap. I do have one question though, Why would some one who dislikes a place "so much" live there for 5 years and counting?....................I don't get it!

Very poor staff. Lots of maintenance needed. I have lived here for over 5 years and they have gotten worse and worse every year. I never recommend them to anyone. AC/heater filters use to be changed twice a year, now you have to ask for them and then they still take their time. I was promised new carpet 3 different times and to date I have not gotten it. I would have to say, look for somewhere else to live.
