I had an experience with a dead roach in my bag as well. When I complained they did nothing but say “sorry”. This place is likely infested and they don’t care about their customers, they just want your money. I will NEVER again buy anything from this sh*t hole place.
Today my order came with a dead roach. They should have a given a refund for my whole order. They didn't even offer a full refund for the milkshake. I was asked to send the food back. My family was already served and eating when I found the roach in my milkshake. They offered me $3.50. I told them to keep that $3.50 and sent back what food was left. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.
Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I call to place an order, I’m always told what I want they no longer offer….riddle me this; WHY IS IT STILL ON THE DARN MENU THEN?!?!?!???? UPDATE YALL FREAKING MENU. I’M SICK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO GET WHAT I SET MY HEART ON ALL BECAUSE YALL REFUSE TO UPDATE THE DAMN MENU!!!!!!!
