Customer service lacking: personal and professional touch. No 1:1 assistance when shopping bridal wear: simply pointed where the items are. Shop floor: crowded, items are not clearly displayed and fitting rooms are not big enough for puffy bridal outfits and nor do they provide complete privacy (curtains do not fully close)!
