The OSU Lung and Pulmonary Department has very professional and personable staff. The process for all the testing and follow up with doctor is very efficient.
While OSU is an excellent teaching hospital with extensive testing and convenient access to results through MyChart, I have been disappointed by the lack of communication and continuity of care. During my mother’s month-long hospitalization, she seemed to be under a constant rotation of providers, making it difficult for our family—or even the care team—to fully understand her history, baseline, and overall treatment plan.
