I haven't had a bad experience at this office and Dr. Bandy is a very straightforward and professional doctor. He will only investigate if something needs attention and I am thankful for that. Other doctors tried to test me and have me undergo procedures that were completely unnecessary and would have cost me a bunch of money. Called multiple times to renew my prescription and the lady who answered the phone will not help to renew my prescriptions. They’d rather argue with me, and treat me like I’m lying about the pharmacy not sending anything to the dr’s office for a prescription renewal. Instead of the office being professional, they said they cant help resolve the issue between the office and pharmacy.
