Cause she is the the best mom
Scheduled an appointment and someone named Mindy calls and says the doctor isn’t taking anybody with Medicaid even though I have insurance through my job. Called in to correct them on my insurance info and reschedule my appointment and guess what the time slot was already taken and the next appointment isn’t available until 2 months from now. Very unprofessional and needs to get their info correct before just canceling peoples appointments.
Doctor Ford is an excellent Obestrician- Gynecologist. We chose her for my wife's recent pregnancy and she didn't disappoint us. My wife had severe preclamicsia history with previous pregnancy and this was a high risk pregnancy. We were quite nervous and concerned. However, doctor Ford guided us through every step. She patiently addressed all our questions which may be very innocuous at times. Her expertises and experience helped us navigate through the process without any hiccups.
