Scammed me. They assured me my procedure would be covered by medi cal as long as i paid $375 for a ct scan. After i paid for the ct scan they said the procedure is covered but they charge $420 for a gentlewave machine. I asked multiple times if the $375 is all I would have to pay and they said yes as long as all I need is a retreatment. Medi cal said this is fraud since they are not allowed to charge any out of pocket fees for any treatments covered by medi cal no matter what the tools they use are.
Anna, Joe, and Dr. Alexander 😎 were awesome taking care of my root canal. I highly recommend them!
