I had a 10am appointment, at 10:20 the doctor had not shown up to work and I had been waiting in the waiting room form 35 minutes because I came early to fill in my paperwork. We got a cranial helmet here, and were very disappointed with the quality of the fit, even after coming in several times to have it fixed. They used a Starscanner which is an old technology that scans slowly and can't adjust for head movements during the scan.
