予約して訪問しましたが、15分遅刻されました。 また到着後も謝罪がひとつもありません。 また、所要時間の説明が事前になく、到着後に「4時間かかる」と言われました。オイル交換だけの予約だったのにです。 そのため予定が大きく崩れ、非常に困りました。 事前説明があれば別日を検討できたと思います。 日本人がやっているからといって、信用しない方がいいと思います。
Very happy with their work. Asked for RWC, they came back with a great result with very reasonable price. All the engineers seem to be very friendly and trustworthy. If I have something wrong with my car, I would definitely bring it to them. Thanks for the work.
