His bedside manner is absolutely terrible. He made me feel dismissed and crazy just telling me I was “too young” for heart issues
Dr. Syed was very rude and dismissive, he told me there’s nothing he can do and nothing I can do but drink water and electrolytes. He handed me a pamphlet and said I have to deal with what my symptoms are and if I want a proper diagnosis I have to go to a hospital in Rochester. I felt very hurt and not listened to. He kept talking over me when I was telling him what I was going through and what my symptoms were. He couldn’t even give me eye contact. He has terrible bedside manner. Docter syed is a very rude doctor and so are the people under him very disrespectful i feel that this Doctor did not help me and did not really care whatsoever basically, he said my chest pains was heartburn. Even though my heart rate was running really high, he did not care and he did not want to look to see what was causing me to have chest pains. He did not want to hear it. So he basically discharged me from the practice. So if I were anybody out there, I would not see this doctor
Dr.Syed has a caring, professional manner supported by obvious medical knowledge of cardiology and related conditions. I feel confident in his comments, and I especially appreciate how well he listens and clearly answers my questions, even those I had researched online first. He never seems intimidated by an independent patient, but rather, seems to encourage our working together for my health and wellness.
