Very professional and empathetic!
Very disappointed had scheduled my 94 year old father an appointment with Dr Ismal and when come time to do pre check in I realizes that he had been scheduled with another Doctor with out any notification of change and having to wait several months to get this appointment this is unacceptable medical practice so disappointed! So this practice has lost all of my business I am or was a patient of this practice but No Longer and I will advise other to be aware as well
