Hello, On 2/9/24 I saw Dr. Kuo for a consultation and made a co-payment of $40.00. Then I saw Dr. Kuo for a “procedure" on 3/27/24. The bill for that “procedure" was $689.00. I had to wait 90 minutes in a very cold room, and then the doctor attempted to insert a pessary into my vagina. I had a feeling that the doctor and the nurse had no idea of what they were doing. Dr Kuo was excellent. She listened to my concerns and diagnosed my illness and proscribed some excellent treatments.
