I would recommend using any other option around the area. My wife passed away before we were able to attend our booked holiday. Every other resort happily cancelled the booking with little to no issue. This place robbed me of $700 because “the owner was still expecting me”. You should be ashamed. I hope your business fails!
Wonderful 5 night stay in a beautiful, comfortable, 8 floor apartment with views to die for over the beach and main street Our companion had mobility issues and was able to sit on the balcony in the hub of Coolangatta and watch the ocean, beach and street activities Easy access from the garage to the unit. A great location. Cindy was extremely helpful from our initial telephone conversation to booking us in over Easter. Nothing was any trouble for her. Our evaluation is 4 out of 5 because our apartment really needed a little bit of TLC...nothing major that a can of paint & brush, new bedroom carpet and new lounge chairs wouldn't fix. We realise Cindy doesn't own the apartment, so perhaps such an observation is really out of her control. Staff were very friendly, a great place to stay with the family. Brilliant location.
We have stayed here a few times, and love the location, size and view of the apartment. close to EVERYTHING you need, we didnt need the car. Cindy is a great host.
