I went to Carrie probably over a year ago. The service was great and she was very knowledgeable. I loved that she was not too far from where I lived and that her hours were able to fit my schedule. Unfortunately, after my first visit I tried scheduling another but I never received a response back. I'm sure I emailed her about 3-4 times before I gave up.
