Worst customer service experience ever. Have called to speak with a manager and she never calls back. The email service is hacked and only one person reads and replies, meaning you can’t in touch with anyone. The quality of work is F. They leave the appliance dismantled and refuse to come back.

Do not do business with this company. If I could give a zero star review I would. No follow up ,did not order the correct part.... did not respond to emails or answer the phone. Beware absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered .
Aries Appliance has the worst customer service! they came out to fix a gasket on our dishwasher that was coming loose. They said we needed to replace it so we paid the money to replace it and the money to install it. 4 months later, it came loose again and they wouldn't come out to install it properly. They said they only have a 90 day guarantee. Obviously they didn't install it correctly because it should last longer than 4 months so it was their incompetence in the first place. I do not normally give negative reviews, but Aries Appliance gave me TERRIBLE service when asked to help with my washing machine. I strongly recommend NOT using this service - EVER. One of their technicians came to my house withOUT an appointment on a day I was out of town, even though I had agreed in an email to an appointment later that week. My son was home when the technician arrived and was unaware I wanted to be home when they looked at my washer. My washing machine had a glitch where I sometimes had to press the c... read more
