Excellent customer service and communication. I was looking to buy a specific water bottle design that has been changed. In past online orders from other retailers the stock photo showed the design I wanted but I received the updated/changed design instead. I called Aeries to ensure the actual product matched the stock photo. The employee I spoke with happily checked for me. The shipping was great, $4.00 to go from Oregon to Atlanta, Ga. Incredibly impressed !! We purchased a pair of Nike Air Zoom Hyperspace 2 volleyball shoes back on 09/13/2018 online. Prior to placing the order, I called the store to ask a few questions about shipping and availability of the item we were looking for. I drove down from Seattle to take my daughter to softball camp at George Fox University. She needed a new glove and I found your store via a google search. The store wasn’t on our route, but I was intrigued and wanted to check you out. I’m so glad I did! First of all, she found a mitt she loves. And, I absolutely LOVE your store! My only disappointment was forgetting to take a photo of your door - "We have nothing against boys. We just don't want to wear your clothes." THE BEST!

As they celebrate their 10th anniversary, I feel it’s an appropriate to time to leave a review. The store was closed due to unusual circumstances and both the store manager called me personally to apologize and the owner left me a Facebook message apologizing. I think that says a lot about professionalism and the quality of the store. They have excellent customer service and amazing products. I highly recommend this store.
I highly recommend this store. I ordered stuff for my daughter on cyber Monday. My order was delivered on Wednesday and it included a HAND WRITTEN Thank You note. I’ll definitely order all of our volleyball needs from them.
