Recently Aries replaced my old furnace and installed a new AC. Overall I would highly recommend. Chase was fantastic quoting and walking down the job. Got down to business immediately, no “buttering up” or doing the “sales pitch” like another quote I received that wasted a lot of my time. A HUGE shout to Aries Airflo Heating and Air-Conditioning Service Manager Neal and Field Service Technician Andrew. Thank you for getting our furnace up and running in a timely manner. As an electrician, I had diagnosed the problem to the gas valve. I replaced a furnace and had some RA ductworks modified in an effort to make the system quieter. Chase was good to deal with on the planning and Gary and Spence did a great job on the install and were pleasant to deal with. We were happy with the end result, The system is much quieter and the Costco shop card really made it an easy choice over other quotes.
Thermostat malfunctioned this morning as sometimes happens with electronic equipment. Aries immediately dispatched Brandon their repair specialist to diagnose/replace (thermostat under warranty). From call to fix took less than an hour on one of the coldest days so far this winter. Outstanding service. Thank you so much to Brandon and Jill at Aires!
