It will be two years ago in March where I began my aerial journey at Aries at the age of 45. It completely changed me physically and mentally. I remember walking up the stairs for the very first time not knowing what to expect. I took my first hoop class and I was hooked. My instructor Nina, was so helpful and she differentiated her instruction where everyone was successful. This studio is my happy place! I have been taking classes / teaching here since 2019 and I truly love this community of people. Everyone is so kind and supportive and the owners are incredible. If you ever feel like pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, this is the place to be!
