It will be two years ago in March where I began my aerial journey at Aries at the age of 45. It completely changed me physically and mentally. I remember walking up the stairs for the very first time not knowing what to expect. I took my first hoop class and I was hooked. My instructor Nina, was so helpful and she differentiated her instruction where everyone was successful.
