A short drive South from Vermont's capital, we discovered an unspoiled village on a small lake surrounded by hills among welcoming people. On this site we chose to create our home and restaurant. serene, very pleasant meal Three of us ate diner at Areil's in late July 08. Sat on the porch. Had a great meal -- fresh food and solid wine. We'll do it again in the Fall. Well worth it.
Best restaurant in Vermont! Ok, so I haven't been to them all but I'm pretty confident they would be up there. The atmosphere if wonderful, the food is amazing and the wine list can't be beat! The staff is friendly, the service is great, and you can't get much better then Richard's knowledge of wine. Definately a must go to!!!
