I brought my suede jacket here for professional cleaning, trusting that a dry cleaner advertising experience with delicate materials would know how to handle it. Unfortunately, the jacket was returned visibly damaged, with the suede altered and areas permanently affected. What was most disappointing was not just the damage itself, but the response afterward.
