Dr. Sullivan Harris spent less than 15 minutes with me and was training another doctor on the computer the entire time during my visit. Despite this, she billed me for additional complexity that my insurance would not cover and her office refuses to remove. I did NOT ask to be evaluated for that condition nor did she explain that she would charge me for extra time or extra complexity. I am extremely disappointed in this doctor and the practice. I love Dr Sullivan-Harris. She takes the time to listen and is very thorough. I won’t go anywhere else.
This is the WORST physician's office I've ever been subjected to. Dr S-H is great. However, her staff is AWEFUL. They don't care about patients. They are completely unresponsive to questions or requests. They can't figure out how to read a record accurately to know when you've actually been seen. They don't cooperate with other providers. They inaccurately enter insurance information and then bill you for hundreds of dollars. Horrible experience. RUN don't walk AWAY from this practice.
This review is solely for the phone line- Office is great & I generally recommend as long as you never call them even once. I have a medical emergency and needed to reschedule an appointment, spent hours with my mom trying to get in touch with anyone to no avail. Attempted to reschedule via patient portal but that needs the offices approval, the same office that wouldn't respond for hours. Dr. Sullivan-Hartis is very attentive and listens to her patients concerns. Dr. Sullivan-Harris pays equal attention to test results too, pointing out trends that should be addressed. I DO recommend Dr. Sullivan-Harris to anyone looking for a primary care physician, who truly cares about her patients health.
