I so appreciate Dr Grand and all of her support staff. My experiences with both a routine Well Woman exam and IUD replacement couldn't have been better.
I have been seeing Dr. Grand since September of 2022. I had previously went to another obgyn in Clarksville, where I live, but wasn’t comfortable with the doctor so I set out for a second opinion. I called Heritage Medical, was put on Dr. Grands schedule and the rest is history!!! I have a lot of trauma with my medical history and I have always been extremely hesitant to trust a provider but I have never once second guessed Dr. Grands knowledge. Dr. Grand canceled my appt with less than 24 hours notice citing she wasn’t accepting new patients - but I had schedule almost 3 months in advance and I had been waiting for this appointment. I had also talked to the office 3 days prior to adjust the time slightly so they could have told me then, but the Dr canceled my appointment the day before. Super upsetting and disappointing when it takes so long to book appts with a provider. I could have gotten on the schedule of someone else that would see me and not cancel last min.... read more
