I received a call months ago to have me schedule a follow up due to poor test results. No doctor called me to inform me of anything. I have been trying to get in touch with them since July and no one answers the phone or they hang up. I receive a letter in the mail I had to sign for that stated they have been attempting to reach me. The letter was dated 7/16 and I received it on 8/22! This is my second visit to Dr. Franco. I was horribly late. Like 30 mins. I set out to be here at 315. It took 1.5 to find her. By no fault of her or.her staff at this location, but by the hospitals information desk telling me where to go. Anyways....after trying to call the office phone for 25 mins and finally getting thru, I.found the office. They were so.kind and gentle with my.menopausal attitude. Best doctor I have had as OBGYN, my sister also sees her and always follows my plan to a T. My sister is disabled and had the smoothest pregnancy ever! Only complaint is I wish there were more options for those trying to conceive then being sent to a reproductive endocrinologist.
