Brian from the company was great when he checked out the leak in my apartment recently. He was thorough, patient, and took the time to walk me through his findings in detail. His follow‑up was solid as well. I didn’t move forward with the company because of co‑op requirements, but it’s clear he works with good people.
The plumber they sent, Brian, was excellent. Went above and beyond to make sure that what needed to be fixed is built to last.
These guys are the best!
Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Worked with them through a home depot order and Eric Sung was absolutely phenomenal in making a very arduous process as easy as possible. These guys will get any job done!
Choppy in Fort Myers, Florida is master installer. Thank you!
