The staff are professional
I brought my truck to Carstar Rice Collision after an accident damaged my bumper — it had a dent, missing paint, and had popped at the seams. After 5 days, they called to say it was finished. When I arrived, the paint was fixed but the dent in the bumper was still there. I pointed this out, and they said they would fix it. Two days later they called again, but when I picked it up, the bumper still wasn’t repaired.
