Love Dr Osario! She’s is kind, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Truly listens and make you feel comfortable and respected at every visit. I trust her completely with my care and highly recommend her.
PSA- Dr. Osorio is wonderful! She listens, asks great questions, and prioritizes what you prioritize. She also really cares about you as a person! Just get there on time (30 minutes early) and you’ll have a great experience.
Incredibly frustrated with my experience today. I have found that how office-staff treats you is a reflection of the care you will receive. I went in for a new patient visit and had filled out the paperwork emailed to me prior to. I had received texts that I was ready to go and please arrive 30m early. I arrived more than 15m early thinking it was all set, signed all the intake forms, only for them to tell me that there was some form online I had missed, despite the screen telling me I was done. Dr. Osorio is the best! I have been seeing her since January. She is patient, thoughtful, thorough and kind. I have had no issues at all with the front office, the MA staff is amazing, and scheduling an appointment has been very easy and hassle-free. I highly recommend Dr. Osorio.
