Mr. Garcia did send a letter to a company that caused property damage on my behalf. At first things seemed to go according to plan, but after a few months it was nothing but radio silence from Mr. Garcia's office. I was ready to pull the trigger on going to small claims court. I really have to hand it to Attorney Garcia. My brother and I had a very pressing legal matter and Mr. Garcia was there to help us. Many times when an attorney is needed it's at a stressful time in life. We appreciate very much the work he did for us and we're so glad he made himself available. Called for info on a case and treated rudely. Boy must Florida have a low standard for barring attorneys. This individual is very rude and nasty. Avoid, there must be much better and professional attorneys in FL.
