I am very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kaufman, and the day before the visit I was notified that I would be seen by a PA instead. I made this appointment specifically to be evaluated by a urologist, not by a PA. I expect to receive at least an appropriate alternative with another urologist. I waited a month for this appointment, and this situation feels very disrespectful.
My husband had an appointment with Dr Kaufman but was replaced by another Dr without previous notification after waiting his turn behind 18 other patients. ( his appointments was schedule between 8:00 and 10:30 am first come first serve style- awkward enough) After few days of not feeling better, having problema with the medications given He contacted the office 3 times but got not response at all. The doctor never called back as promised, nor did Adrian the nurse. Irresponsible practice. Never again.
