Amy is awesome!!! I’ve had many therapists throughout my life and Amy has helped me in more meaningful and practical ways than most. She emphasizes how I can implement what we discuss to improve my quality of life moving forward and has put a lot of what I’ve tried to work through with past therapists into a new and fresh perspective.
