So I had an appointment before new years in 2024 they canceled rescheduled then canceled that appointment then put me on a waiting list. It’s September 2025 and they are taking other patients but never rescheduled for me.. if they can’t handle the client load they need to stop taking new patients. This please needs to down size and I am not sure why they have a new partner. It hasn’t changed anything. I am super lucky I went with an orthodontist that is not connected to them. Honestly one of the best dental practices there is. From appointment setting, the dental hygienist, my dentist, reception and insurance coverage follow-up, everyone at Ariel Dental was caring, patient, communicative, friendly, and eager to help. If you want to pay with cash or check instead, a possible discount also available. It's been a seamless experience. Why can't every dental clinic be the same?
