I switched over to Ariel Dental and have been nothing but happy so far. I had my first appointment scheduled several months out, but prior to that, a very old crown had fallen out of my mouth. Despite never having been at the office, Ariel was able to bring me in for an emergency appointment, and got my issue squared away. All subsequent visits for both my son and I have gone very well. Truly don't bother. Will reschedule every single appointment you make, for months later. Most painful cleanings I've ever had, to boot.
Bad dentists they have.
Great experience with Dr. Stauss, Jessica Z.(RDH) and Liz (receptionist). They go above and beyond. Honest, fair, and exceptional. Highly recommend this team.
I went to their site and filled out the information for an appointment - just to go completely ignored. I dont know if this is because the suny new paltz campis community has sought to marginalize/sabotage me - and now persons in town are refusing me my civil right to service.
