Booked a room here and paid, drove 5 hours and they said they where fully booked and didnt have a room for me. Do not ever book here or you'll lose your money and sleep in your car.
I'm a local business owner, and we had MULTIPLE family members book rooms here. Only to get her and find out their reservations were not booked. Many booked through booking.com. We had family come from Nashville, only to get here and find that they didn't have their room booked. And could not get a room. We had a dual grad/birthday party, and one of the people that found out was the birthday girl. Very disappointed in the bookjng process. Would not recommend staying here, if you want a room.

Stayed here for a graduation. Beautiful lobby. Rooms were nice but lacked some cleaning in the corners of the floors and behind doors. We had 2 different rooms as we had to add an extra at the last minute. They did a nice job with the updates but bathrooms need some towel bars and hooks. Walls were completely bare and not well painted in both rooms we stayed in. They are easy fixes to get the other star in the rating. Our corner suite had great space and so many windows with a view of the lake.
