Quaint historic hotel in Amherst. Super location.
Older and needs freshened up some but was good for its age. Good price and location.
I was very disappointed with my stay at Aerial Hotel. The experience fell FAR BELOW my expectations. The original room they gave us was not cleaned, beds not made or well-maintained. So we had to go downstairs to get another room. Basic attention to detail was lacking. I also found the customer service to be DISAPPOINTING, as my concerns were not addressed with an “I’m sorry”.
