Arid is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. In particular, I would like to commend Mike. Mike was the consultant for our sump pump installation. He is extremely honest and helpful. Mike made the entire process as smooth as possible. In fact, more than a year later, Mike is still available to answer any questions I may have. I would not hesitate to use this company again and can't recommend their services enough. Five stars all the way for Mike and Arid!
This is a truly professional company. They sent out one of their foreman to view what was required and the owner called me the next day with the estimate that was a fraction of what other local basement waterproofing companies were quoting my neighbors and family. I had dampness in my basement and needed french drains and a sump pump installed. Arid was great - scheduling was easy and convenient, the team did the work timely, professionally, and while I anticipated huge amounts of dust and extensive clean up, they worked clean and efficient! I highly recommend them!
