5/5 for Mikes honesty and professionalism. Plus he loves dogs! I had a moisture problem behind a corner in my basement so I called Arid and spoke with Mike. He came out and took a look at let me know that my particular situation didn't require his services, but he did let me know exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem. I have nothing but the highest praise for what Pat, Tre, Mike and the team did for my basement when it came to putting in a brand new French drain. The team was great to work with. Professional, timely, honest, and flexible. I spoke to many other companies and these guys were hands down the best. You'll not make a bad decision to use them.

Arid is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. In particular, I would like to commend Mike. Mike was the consultant for our sump pump installation. He is extremely honest and helpful. Mike made the entire process as smooth as possible. In fact, more than a year later, Mike is still available to answer any questions I may have. I would not hesitate to use this company again and can't recommend their services enough. Five stars all the way for Mike and Arid!
