I highly recommend Arid Basement. Extremely friendly, family owned business with fair pricing. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to schedule our French drain and sump pump installation within a few days. Tre and his crew completed the job (an entire basement) in under 5 hours including clean up. The fact that Arid Basement strictly focuses on waterproofing and has been in business for 50+ years sold me as well. Once again, I cannot recommend Arid Basement enough for your waterproofing needs.
The service and experience with Arid is outstanding. From beginning to end they were the easiest and most pleasant company to work with. I have nothing but great things to say. Hands down the best around. We had full perimeter french drains and sump pumps installed.
We were so pleased with Arid's Installation of French drains in our basement. Their crew arrived early and finished when they predicted. They were polite, efficient and thoughtful. They pointed out a potential problem with our water heater we were unaware of. All adjustments to our house and property for efficient debris removal were properly replaced. I cannot say enough about Arid! For several years, I had flooding in my basement, having to stay home from work to get the water out. Then I came across rave reviews of Arid and their system of internal french drains within the perimeter of the basement. Everyone on the team was super professional, explained every step of the process, and kept me informed along the way. It was worth every penny. I feel soooo relieved to finally have a dry basement and I would have given more stars if I could.
